1. Eligibility for Return

To protect your purchase, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Broken or damaged product received.

  • Missing product in the package.

  • Wrong item received.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are not provided for the above cases.

  • Eligible claims will receive a replacement product only.

  • Return courier charges must be paid by the customer.

2. Unboxing Video Requirements

The unboxing video serves as proof of damage or missing items. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package exactly as it was received.

  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts, edits, or pauses.

  • The product and the issue clearly visible.

Important: Claims submitted without a proper, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please send the following details via WhatsApp to +91 8791627686:

  • Your Order ID

  • Contact Number

  • At least 2 clear photos of the product

  • Complete unboxing video

After dispatching your return parcel, please also share:

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Company Name

  • Photo of the parcel

4. Terms & Conditions for Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, wrong, or missing products.

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement product only.

  • Replacement products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

  • Please allow 24–48 working hours for our team to verify and process your replacement request after receiving all required details.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Forced Cancellation

If an order is cancelled or rejected after shipment, only the product value will be issued as Store Credit after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit can be used for future purchases on MONRICX.
